Homecrest Outdoor Living is proud to announce the promotion of longtime marketing director, Kelly McComb, to the position of Vice President of Marketing. In this position, McComb will continue managing Homecrest’s internal and external marketing functions, while also taking on a more strategic role in the company’s growth and leadership team.
McComb received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from the University of North Dakota, as well as a Master of Business Administration from North Dakota State University. A visionary leader, McComb’s passion, drive, and hardworking attitude have propelled her career forward. She got her start in the casual furniture industry with Homecrest in 2006 when the company was undergoing changes with new ownership.
“We had to start at ground zero relaunching the Homecrest brand,” McComb said. “It was almost like a startup. We put a strong focus on sales and marketing support, dealer success, and product development—we completely rebuilt the company image into the contemporary, classic, comfortable brand that it is today.”
Outside of work, McComb enjoys fashion, sports, growing in her faith, and time spent with family. She and her husband, Todd, live in Fargo, ND, and have three active teenagers and a family dog named Lucy. They stay busy keeping up with their kids’ extracurriculars and spending summers at the lake.
